On June 24, 2026, on the opening day of The smarter E Europe, HyperStrong announced it formally signed a framework agreement with GOLDBECK SOLAR, a leading German renewable energy EPC contractor. The two parties will engage in deep collaboration in battery energy storage systems (BESS), with the cooperation scale reaching up to 1 GWh. This marks an upgrade from single-project cooperation to a long-term strategic partnership.
The signing of this framework agreement builds on the existing Neuzeit 90 MWh project, the first joint project between the two companies, which is currently progressing smoothly in delivery. It is the collaborative experience and mutual trust accumulated through this project that have laid a solid foundation for scaling up cooperation.
Under the agreement, HyperStrong will serve as the preferred strategic partner for the continued expansion of GOLDBECK SOLAR’s energy storage project portfolio. The two sides will maintain supply chain continuity, technological alignment, and long-term service support synergies across multiple projects.
“This framework agreement is not a start from scratch, but a further deepening based on a proven cooperation model,” said Wang Pingyang, Senior Vice President of International at HyperStrong. “Through our practical collaboration, we have already verified that GOLDBECK SOLAR’s deep engineering capabilities and local delivery expertise can be seamlessly integrated with HyperStrong’s energy storage technology. This new 1 GWh framework agreement further solidifies our verified cooperation model in contractual form—meaning that through mutual benefit, we can deliver faster, with lower collaboration risks and higher certainty in project financing.”
At present, the European energy storage market stands at a critical inflection point. As Germany moves toward its target of 80% renewable electricity by 2030, market demand for deployable and proven storage capacity continues to rise. The framework agreement signed between HyperStrong and GOLDBECK SOLAR translates the delivery experience gained from the Neuzeit project into a multi-project coordination mechanism—through technology reuse and deep supply chain synergy—to provide reliable delivery assurance for subsequent GWh-scale deployments, supporting a more robust and efficient scale-up of the energy storage market in Germany and Europe.
Since the beginning of this year, HyperStrong has secured multiple overseas energy storage orders covering Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America, accelerating the implementation of its global strategy.
